The unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in their original, unopened packaging and in good condition, within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). We do our best to make sure that every order which leaves our store is securely packed, however, despite our best efforts sometimes things do get damaged in the post. If there is something missing from your order when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Once we have investigated the circumstances surrounding the missing order, we will usually offer you one of the following two solutions ġ) If we have the item(s) in stock, we will offer to send the item againĢ) Otherwise (or if you so choose) we will offer you a full refund. We also offer click-and-collect from store during store opening hours.Ĭlick-and-collect orders will be ready for collection 20 minutes after they have been placed whilst we're open, or from 10:00 the following day if the order is placed after we are closed. You'll receive a delivery notication email when they're dispatched from the store, and they'll usually be in transit with the relevant postal service from the next working day (as we often leave the store after the last collection of the day). Orders for delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail (postage price £4.75) or via UPS (postage price £7.50).
